1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to take part in a free-to-play prediction game in your jurisdiction. Where local law restricts participation or the receipt of a reward, you are responsible for compliance and may be ineligible to receive a reward.
2. Free to play — no user money, ever
The Service is free. All you do is predict outcomes — who will win, scores, knockout results — and earn points for correct calls. That is the entire game. There is no entry fee, no deposit, no purchase and no stake of any kind, and no money of yours is ever involved. This is not a real-money, betting or stake-based game. Any reward is a separate, voluntary thank-you from the creator (see §3) — money the creator chooses to give you, never money you put in or risk.
3. The community reward
- The reward is money the creator chooses to give as a thank-you to early supporters — a personal, discretionary reward (initially ₹1,00,000) from the creator's own funds. It flows one way (creator → top supporters); it is never pooled or funded from players.
- Milestone condition: the reward is released only if the channel reaches its stated milestone (100K subscribers and 10M views). If the milestone is not met, no reward is payable.
- The reward is a gift / appreciation, not an entry-fee prize pool or a guarantee, and is not consideration for playing. The creator may increase the amount at their discretion.
- Cutoff — 19 July 2026. Any increase to the reward — including any amount the creator chooses to add from the channel’s YouTube ad revenue or views — is counted only up to 19 July 2026 (the FIFA World Cup 2026 final). After that date no further revenue or views are counted, the reward amount is final, and the competition ends, regardless of when YouTube pays out.
- Personal pledge if unmonetised. If the channel reaches its milestone but is not monetised (earns no ad revenue), the creator will still pay the base ₹1,00,000 from their own funds to the top 100, as a thank-you. Ad revenue / views (subject to the 19 July 2026 cutoff above) only serve to increase the reward beyond this base.
- No profit; costs deducted. The creator takes no profit from this project through 19 July 2026. Any ad-revenue contributed to the pool is net of the project's actual operating costs — cloud hosting, servers, football data APIs and similar — plus payment/processing fees and applicable taxes (TDS); the remainder is distributed to the eligible top 100. (TDS under §194BA is additionally withheld on each winner's payout per §6.)
- Increases happen only after legal clearance. As the project grows, the creator will increase the reward only after taking proper legal advice and obtaining any government / regulatory clearances required — to keep the project compliant and safe, with the intent that no supporter loses funds. This is a statement of intent, not a financial guarantee.
- KYC is required to receive any reward. Winners / eligible early supporters (the top 100) must complete identity verification (KYC) — see §6. No KYC, no payout.
4. Predictions, scoring & the leaderboard
You earn points when your predictions resolve correctly, using the published point map. Points scale with football insight and tournament impact. Each prediction locks at kick-off and cannot be edited after. Final results are determined by the administrator (the source of truth), who may use third-party data to assist. The top of the leaderboard share the reward on a tiered curve; every rank is unique.
5. Fair play & anti-fraud
- One account per person. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent accounts are removed and forfeit any standing.
- Referral rewards only count after the invited person makes a genuine prediction, and are capped/diminishing to prevent farming. You share your own invite link — only invite people who are happy to hear from you; we never contact anyone on your behalf.
- We may correct results, re-score, void predictions, or disqualify entrants to protect the integrity of the contest.
6. Payouts, KYC & taxes
To receive a reward you must complete KYC — verify your identity and provide payout details (PAN, legal name, UPI/bank). Indian taxation: the reward is subject to tax deducted at source under Section 194BA of the Income-tax Act (currently 30%); applicable deductions are withheld before transfer. Rewards are released only after eligibility is verified and, where applicable, the milestone is met.
Roll-down rule. If an eligible winner does not complete KYC within the stated claim window, or fails verification or is disqualified (e.g. duplicate accounts or fraud), their place passes to the next eligible player on the leaderboard, so the full pool is distributed to verified winners. 7. Communications & referrals
By creating an account you agree to receive service communications from us by email — about your account, predictions and results, prize eligibility and claims, and important changes to these Terms or our policies. These are transactional messages, not marketing; we do not send promotional or advertising email. If you invite friends, you share your own personal invite link and we do not contact anyone on your behalf — so please only invite people who are happy to hear from you. Referral rewards count only after an invited person makes a genuine prediction, and are capped to prevent farming.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Your data & privacy
We handle your personal data as a Data Fiduciary in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and our Privacy Policy, which explains your rights as a Data Principal — including access, correction, erasure and withdrawing consent — and how to raise a grievance.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability will not exceed the prize you were eligible to receive. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-product, and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the project’s registered jurisdiction.
